For those of you who didn't know a month or so ago I posted a topic asking for help making a Poodle skirt for my daughters school sock hop. Well, despite all the great suggestions I failed misereably!! Luckily I recieved an e-mail from Mandasmom and guess what? She sent me a skirt and top for my daughter to wear. It was/is completely adorable. So much in fact that "Elvis" (some guy dressed up as obviously) picked her from all the girls to dance with! She loves it so much she wore it out to eat on Valentines day and got plenty of compliments! Anyways, just wanted to share another great hostboard member story. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I had one when I was in high school.
Thought it was just the most fun to wear.
(everyone "had" to have one!!LOL)
Sock hops were the best!

That was so cool! IT reminds me of last Halloween when one of my classmates wore her poodle skirt and outfit to class one day.........she also brought her poodle! Too cute!
